Warranty of my products extends for three months from the date of sale, by which time any flaws or manufacturing faults should have become apparent. Please contact me as soon as possible if you discover a problem to discuss this.

Note that items which appear to have been damaged by an accident on your part or by general misuse are not considered to be faulty.

As per notices in my product listings, as I individually hand make all of my jewellery there is likely to be minor differences from one piece to another, even for the same design. This should be considered part of the beauty of handmade work as no two pieces are ever identical.

However, if the piece you purchase is substantially different to that photographed in the listing, please contact me to discuss this.


Of course I want my customers to be happy, so if for any reason you would like to return your purchase from me, you may.

However note some limitations apply and you are required to contact me first.

General returns

I'm happy to accept returns of general stock items for any reason if you contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent to you and earrings in particular must not have been worn.

Return of custom-made items

Items you have asked me to custom make or extensively alter for you cannot be returned.

Postage costs

Unless the return is due to an error on my end, postage costs cannot be refunded and you will also need to pay for return postage for any exchanged items.

Faulty items

Faults are very rare, but if you wish to return an item due to a fault with the product, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss this. Note that such returns generally cannot be accepted after three months of purchase, by which time any faults should be apparent.


Pricing of items for sale and shipping costs may change at any time without notice.


All of my work, including but not limited to text and images on this website, is protected by copyright law and is not licensed without my permission, including upon purchase of my products.

Refusal of sale

While it is extremely unlikely to occur, I do reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason. Should this happen any payment made will of course be refunded as quickly as possible.

Privacy Policy

I value my visitors' privacy as much as my own. I never sell your personal information to third parties.
